Hmm I really like this except for like 2 things. Her hand resting over her breasts sort of blends in with everything around it, and at first it is hard to even see it there. second, and this is more of a personal preference i guess, but her face just seems a bit weird. Still, full points from me because, as expected, this is really really good.

Sharkh20 & blackshad - Thanks for the crits and comments guys. I attempted popping the hand more, by adding a highlight or some reflected lighting, unfortunately it looked odd. So, wanting to maintain the rubber under-garment theme, I decided to keep the grey they way that it is now. About the face - I was going for an anime look, and I find that it's always good to be conservative with color and detailing when shaping an anime face. It's never a good idea in my experience to over-shape (if that makes sense) something that is inherently cartoon-like in nature anyway. But that's all a matter of personal preference and taste Thanks again.

AnAffair - Glad you like the pic. The graphic piece is just for looks. I'm really into graphics design, and I thought that a techy graphic would look cool with a techy character. Besides, I wanted to spice things up a bit more as I left the art on just a white backdrop.
